Can I borrow a feeling?

public transportation is for losers.

actually, my bus pass starts tomorrow, no no the first of june. the days are some times a little hazy. i don't follow them too closely. then i can get around town without having to pay 4 dollars round trip minimum. which is quite pricey if you're taking it to work or something, then part of your earnings go towards getting you there, which just isn't cool!

today, all that i listened to was the music self titled cd. and a little common rider, everyone should listen to common rider, as they rule in every single meaning of the word. so many songs of theirs i just liked right off and felt really drawn in to for personal reasons and just interests sake. good tunes. I went out to Mission this morning to hang out with my dad, he showed me what he's done to the thunderbird lately and what he's got left to do for restoring it before he'll sell it. I'm hoping he'll still have it in july when i get my liscence back cause i totally want to drive it, just a little! We hung out a while too, then went down to the flea market, where people don't bargain nearly as much as one would expect them to. I bought five movies cause I'm a sucker. I got Killing Zoe, Dirty Work, Animal House, A Sure Thing and The Lost Boys. I do believe I'll watch the lost boys tonight before I go to sleep. After that we went to the Abbotsford Value Village and i found a few things but pappy didn't want to wait around, so we just left. It's not like i *really* need more clothes anyways. I've got more than enough for three average wardrobed people.

I talked to his girlfriend some and she helped me realize how important a new job is to find because every little change makes a difference and you should always have a job but keep it as the middle point or reference point if you need to go back to it, but life is full of experiences. I think also, as I was thinking, I'm not going back to school in September, for sure. I will eventually, but now's not my time. we weren't meant to just go to school and never experience life. atleast that's how i see it. so, i will work more and move out too. that's the plan. I think i've eliminated my other options, as there's no one really who wants to travel across canada a few months at a time, so i'll move to calgary or toronto. Toronto would be a last minute decision I make in August if it does come to that though!

Later, we smoked a joint because Cat didn't know that i did and found out that i was an occasional blunt smoker so she said "roll one!" and that was that. weather became gorgeous, so gorgeous that it gave me a headache due to the powerfull sun rays.

then i went grocery shopping with my mom. i got plenty of things to assist me in the change from vegetarian to vegan life style. and we'll see how it works out. this is i believe my 4th attempt. i'd like it to be the last attempt though. i've already selectedly chosen to eliminate bit by bit but not so much as that my body will go in to shock due to lack of dairy product. i'd say i'm about ready to hit the point and here goes nothing, officially starting tomorrow with the wake up.

I absolutly can not get enough of The Boondock Saints. I'm so glad that this girl i work with lent it to me, hell, i'd be completely missing out had i not seen that movie. It's absolutly hilarious, well scripted, great acting, very different and creative. It's just too damn good. Very high up there on the favorites list. Seems like that list keeps getting bigger. I guess I'm good to make a secure top 20. hard to do much less. I can't really categorize them by number. I'd say I could do a solid top five. but then the other ones from 6-20 would be insanely close to the sixth position as possible becuase there's just too many damn good ones when you spend a lot of time watching them. oh lordy.

speaking of that guy...i hear a lot of talk about him at work, as the owner has decided to hire only christian people from now on, or something ridiculous like that. the other day this girl who was working was talking about her boyfriend and how the only thing he lives for is to "his only devotion is to serve god with all his heart" this was a small portion, i heard talkage for atleast an hour. but i keep to myself, i'd rather people did that around me but religious people never want to hear it if you don't believe, they just want you TO believe. meh.

To watch lost boys.
