Well,
I just came to the realization last night that I still do in fact have this blog from AGES ago. And so, it is pretty humorous to me, I thought I'd drop a quick post up in here.
As for music, since the back in the day stuff I'd mentioned, there's been a whole whack of new and varied things that have been listened to on my iPood. That is the best thing I could have spent money on before going traveling again as it certainly comes in handy.
When I was in Stockholm, my friend Niklas showed me Ebb and Junior Boys which I intend to check out when I can get music again, soon! Also listened to a bit of Joanna Newsom on our journey up to Northern Sweden. There's loads more that I plan on checking out also.
Have absolutely fallen in love with Prince over the last year, but haven't been listening much to him of late. London is where I currently am right now, going to Nottingham on Wednesday, then Manchester for the weekend, after which back to Notts a few more days then flying out of London on 23rd over to Fredericton, NB.
The train will provide me with time to finish watching Rescue Me Season 2. Plus commence season 2 of Skins. Then after that some music perhaps, I made a good playlist with some fun stuff, Metronomy, Late of the Pier, White Williams, Hot Chip, Foals, the Knife.
I'm going to finish writing for now, but soon I will add more info, just for myself and for the hell of it when I come across internet again I think, cos it's kind of fun to have this to look back on, even years after the fact, especially so!
